About
I’m Hannah Vy Nguyen (she/her), a Philadelphia-based UX Designer & Human-Computer Interaction Researcher with 3+ years of experience in research-led product design and successful e-commerce projects for small businesses. In January 2027, I’ll begin my MS in Computer Science, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction, at Georgia Institute of Technology.
My experience spans development, design, and research at SAP, Securian Financial, and Temple University’s HCI Lab, contributing to four co-authored HCI publications.
Beyond my 9-5, I serve as 2026 Chair of ACM SIGCHI Philadelphia (PhillyCHI), expanding accessible UX education and community programming. I also led design on the organizing committee for ACM’s Conversational User Interfaces Conference (CUI 2026) in Bremen, Germany.
Outside of design, you’ll find me exploring neighborhood cafés, listening to indie rock, and finding inspiration in everyday life!
